In accordance with the ANHE, the option to apply for a National Higher Education Scholarship is available on a continuous basis to all students who wish to carry on higher education studies as degree changing students in the semester following the application, i.e., the period of payment.
Pursuant to Section (2) of Article 59 of the ANHE and in line with Item d) of Section (1) of Article 59 of the ANHE, the student status of students participating in undergraduate programs shall not be terminated if they are admitted to a master’s program for the semester following the semester they completed their undergraduate studies.
Conditions for application

As a prerequisite for outstanding achievement in studies, the student applying shall attain 90% of the 100% study achievement recorded for the Faculty concerned.
